Hotel Star Park

The hotel looks nice from outside, and its capsule lift is beautiful. Inside, though, the bed and furniture need better upkeep. Room service needs to improve to reach a professional standard. The washrooms are cramped and not well equipped, and the hot and cold water signs pointed to taps that I found weren't working.

I stayed a couple of days with my colleagues, and they treated us as well as they could. The managers and staff were friendly and nice, and they speak bangla very fluently. The rooms were good and clean. It was actually not bad for a night or two. Recommended!

There’s parking for a few cars, which you don’t usually find at this kind of budget hotel. From my previous experience, this is the best hotel at Chawk Bazar. The interior is very neat and clean, staff behavior is up to the mark, and I had no security issues. The outside scenario is 👌👌. It's an affordable residential hotel.

Room: 3/5. Staff behavior: 1/5, really unprofessional. Price: 4/5. We’d reserved a room and paid some money in advance, but they couldn’t give us the same rooms. Then a staff member came in to fix the AC without telling us, climbed onto our bed, and started examining it. That was a really awkward way to treat customers. The hotel doesn’t have facilities like water or breakfast. If you just need somewhere to spend the night, it might do, but I’m not staying here again.
