The location was okay, though less convenient than some other hotels in Cox’s Bazar, and the staff were a mixed bag. Some were polite and helpful, while others weren’t attentive. Service consistency needs work, though overall every staff was good behaved. I stayed at Royal Pearl Serviced Apartment & Suites for 3 days. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with working air conditioning and a modern setup. It’s a decent affordable option if you want a bigger room. Cleanliness needs improvement, and some issues made the stay less comfortable than I expected. Breakfast and the other food weren’t impressive either, and could be better in quality and variety. For a short budget stay it’s reasonable, but it won’t fully satisfy someone looking for a clean, premium experience. My experience was average, with both good and bad sides.

The rooms were acceptable, but the management’s conduct and lack of professionalism spoiled our stay at Royal Pearl Serviced Apartment & Suites. At checkout we politely asked for just 10 extra minutes to get ready, and the receptionist clearly agreed. A few minutes later, when we came downstairs, they changed their story and charged us an extra half-day. The reception staff were rude and aggressive. Instead of dealing with the issue professionally, they blamed us and denied agreeing to the extra time. It felt unfair and dishonest. A hospitality business should communicate respectfully and consistently, not change what was agreed to impose a charge. Very poor customer service and an unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment and transparent service.

Being just steps from the beach makes Royal Pearl Suites & Apartments a top choice in Cox’s Bazar. For the price, the value is unbeatable, especially with the rooftop jacuzzi, pool, and live BBQ station. Our experience was exceptional, a solid 10/10. I hope they keep up this level of service.
