JACKSON C.
We were a family group of 16 at Hotel Beach Park in Cox’s Bazar for 2 days during peak season. Since we couldn't find another option, we booked despite the high price and expected respectful treatment and professional service. At checkout, staff accused us of taking two coffee cups. We hadn't even found or used any cups during our stay, and although we had video footage, nobody properly checked before blaming us. It was embarrassing and made the whole family uncomfortable. Given what we paid for the rooms, the accusation over cups worth so little felt unreasonable and deeply disrespectful. Management should look into things before accusing guests and treat customers with basic respect. This left a very bad impression, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
