The pool, gym, and cozy lounge areas make it easy to relax, and the food is another strong point. I’ve found the dishes fresh and flavorful each time, with plenty of variety across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms have lovely views, stay clean and comfortable, and have been well maintained on all five of my visits. What keeps bringing me back to Hotel Ocean Paradise is the hospitality. From arrival, the welcome feels warm and genuine, and the staff are consistently polite, attentive, and ready to help with even small requests. Every stay has been peaceful, with the details taken care of. Hotel Ocean Paradise has met and exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and good service.

The swimming pool was clean and a lovely place to unwind. We booked a Superior Deluxe Sea View Room at Ocean Paradise Hotel, and its balcony overlooking the beach was stunning and so relaxing to sit on. The room itself was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast had fewer choices than we expected from a hotel of this standard. What was available tasted good, though, so the quality wasn’t an issue. We had a pleasant stay, with beautiful views and a peaceful feel, and would recommend Ocean Paradise Hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

We stayed at Ocean Paradise Hotel from 26/11/2025 to 27/11/2025. The reception staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, without even basic courtesy. For what they charge, the service was extremely poor, and I won’t return or recommend it. I’ve stayed in many four- and five-star hotels, and several four-star properties have much better rooms and service than this one. The room fell far short of what I expect from a five-star hotel. The TV was an old cable model, with no Smart TV or Android TV. The washroom and its fixtures looked very old, the furniture was worn, and there was visible rust on both the bathroom door and main door. Complimentary items were missing, and there wasn’t a charging port by the bed. The few ports were awkwardly placed in room corners. Exposed electrical wires in several places were an obvious safety hazard.

For the price, the condition of the facilities and service was unacceptable. The pool area was dirty, and some advertised amenities were broken or unavailable. Restaurant food was bland and overpriced, while breakfast had very few choices and didn’t seem fresh. My room was poorly maintained, with stained linens, a musty smell, and a bathroom that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond, and basic amenity requests took hours. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
