The bathroom door locked by itself and got stuck. When we called for help, nobody picked up at first, and it took over an hour for someone to come fix it. The staff also charged us for “dirty sheets” even though the sheets were already filthy when we checked in. The interior looked like it hadn't been cleaned or renovated since the 90s, with dusty furniture and stained walls. It was easily the worst hotel experience I've had. If you value your money, time, or sanity, stay elsewhere. Management needs a serious reality check on basic cleanliness, honesty, and customer service.

For what this costs, the service around here is fairly reasonable, but it still falls short of what I expected. The rooms and service both need a lot of work. If you’re looking for a clean room and a spacious feel in Banani, I’d avoid it.

The food is average, and the service didn’t feel up to the level you’d expect from a hotel listed as three star. It’s an average place in one of Dhaka’s posh areas. For the same price, you can find better quality. Check my posted pictures and decide whether it suits you. Thanks!

There’s potential here, especially for the sports cafe, but the restaurants need serious improvement. The cafe is especially bad. Apart from decent security and an okay place to stay, there isn’t much special about this hotel. It seems geared toward certain uses and needs.
