I asked for paper evidence while staying here, but they didn’t provide any and treated me very badly. In my experience, the service is poor and the staff lack manners. When you raise an issue, you get answers like, “Brother, this is not there, that is not there.” The founder, Apel Mahmud, and the other managers have brought disgrace to the place. The management needs to change if this hotel is to keep operating.

The location felt strange to me, and the room had no amenities.
