The location is good, and the manager was very helpful. Most of the staff also tried to make my stay pleasant, and I appreciated that. But I can’t give the hotel more than two stars after what happened with the food and the lack of any apology. I’m vegetarian and made that clear, yet I’m quite certain I was served a dish with chicken. After eating there for the last time, I got severe food poisoning and was still suffering a week later. I projectile-vomited at the hotel, but nobody apologized. The chef even laughed while telling me I’d eaten meat. The food overall was shockingly poor across all cuisines, with no meal I’d call good, and several made me feel queasy. I’d eat elsewhere if staying here. The rooms were tidied regularly, but they were very dusty and often full of mosquitoes, even after I asked for bug spray. I counted 80 bites on my ankles at one point. Staff told me to keep the windows shut, although I never opened them. Some staff were also too eager to tell me my decisions were wrong. The staff who made an effort to help were appreciated, but the rest of my experience was hard to overlook.

Hotel Aristrocrate Inn felt like a hidden gem in Dhaka. The modern amenities, good food, and convenient location make it suitable for business or leisure trips. I found the rooms clean, with a calm atmosphere, and the hospitality was welcoming from the moment I arrived.

The staff went above and beyond when I needed help sorting out some practical matters. The hotel was clean and a good standard, in a quiet, safe part of Dhaka.

It felt just like home during my stay. The food was good, and the staff were very nice. Mr.Ripley Gonsalvez especially stood out, he was quick, smart, and always had a smile, which made me feel more comfortable.
