The staff were really, really good, and the local food was good too. Everything else was okay, but the noisy window AC made it impossible to sleep. They should put nets on the windows, including in the toilets.

The food was delicious, but the kitchen took over an hour and a half to make it. I found some kitchen staff a bit rude, though a few staff members were very kind. A restaurant waiter got my order wrong and said he'd brought what I ordered to my room. It was a misunderstanding, so I don't blame him. Maybe it's good value for money, but you can definitely expect better. This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a very clean hotel.

There were far too many roaches 🪳. The pillowcases were covered in hair, and the towels didn't feel clean either. Cleanliness and hygiene need serious improvement.

For a short visit to Uttara, this is a good choice. It’s also close to the airport.

I really didn’t like the place. My room had cockroaches and mosquitoes, and the bedsheets were torn. The room wasn’t clean.
