Hotel Fountain

The hotel was dirty, the service was very bad, and there were electricity problems. No management at all.

I have fond memories from my time at this hotel in Dhaka, where I spent some of the best moments of my life. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were excellent, and the courteous staff were helpful. My four-star rating comes down to the restaurant service: the food was delicious, but it sometimes arrived late, which disappointed me. Even so, the stay was wonderful overall, and I'd recommend the hotel for its quality and memorable experience. From India 👌🇮🇳

I wouldn't recommend this place for couples or friends. It's the worst.

The room had water marks and other stains all over, which made it seem like the hotel does no maintenance. The bed sheets were filthy and stained, and I found hair under the comforter. When I called room service, they first claimed it was a laundry stain, which clearly wasn't true. Once they came and saw it, they apologized. There were only two bottles of water in the room. I called room service for more and was told to call the restaurant, but nobody answered. When I went to check out, I asked again and waited 25 minutes for a bottle. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in, despite calling itself luxury. Never again will I book or stay at this disgusting place.
