The restaurant food and breakfast were great, and the staff who helped with the bags were a big help. But I can’t recommend this place in good faith. The cups were filthy in every room I saw, and there was dried blood on the pillows. This happened in more than one room, so it wasn’t just a one-off. The spa was very poor. I paid 4100 TK for a manicure, pedicure, and 30-minute leg massage. Instead, I got a pedicure and only a 20-minute leg massage, with just 600 TK refunded. The woman working there was incredibly rude. She insulted me and said she wouldn’t do the manicure because she had no time and my nails were too short. I was very disappointed and strongly advise against using the facility. I also heard another spa worker shout to the manager over the phone, “I won’t work,” after payment had been made. It’s a very strange place, and the work quality is poor.

The room was dirty and in poor condition. Traffic made it impossible to sleep until after 1am. If you want to get some sleep, don’t take a room at the front of the building.

I really enjoyed staying here and would come back. The staff were very polite, the rooms comfortable, and the restaurant food tasty. For me, it’s the best hotel in Dhaka.

I’d booked five days, but left after just one night. The hotel was in an almost unimaginable state, and I found a scorpion in the bathroom. It was unsanitary, and the restaurant waiters behaved the worst of all.
