The complimentary airport transfer was helpful, but it was the only good part of an otherwise unacceptable stay. Although Agoda rated the hotel at 5 stars, it fell short on basic hygiene and comfort. The room and bathroom were visibly unclean when I arrived, and there was no hot water during my stay. Mosquitoes in the room made it impossible to rest, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, far below luxury standards. I hope management takes these problems seriously because the property’s current condition doesn’t match its rating.

I was surprised Biman Bangladesh Airline puts passengers up here. The room was disgusting, and the bedsheets, pillow cases, and bathroom were all questionable.

My 14 hour layover while flying via Biman Bangladesh put me in this hotel, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Check-in took more than an hour, and the reception staff were extremely slow. Their English was terrible. The sheets were unclean, the toilet stank, and the rooms were very humid. They had AC, but it didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Please avoid it if you don’t want to sleep in smelly sheets.

The room was neat and clean, and room service was very good. Its location also made it easy to get around Dhaka.

Hotel heaven Inn needs to make a lot of changes to its rooms. The bathrooms are old and need renovation, and the sockets are very loose, which is clearly a hazard. My room had a TV that was just for show because it didn’t work. Nothing was properly cleaned. Worst of all was the horrible milk tea: basically water and a tea bag with a splash of milk that wasn’t boiled properly. Plain hot water with a tea bag would be much better 😑.
