Hotel Civic Inn

We planned to stay four days at Uttara Civic Inn, but it was comfortable enough that we stayed for 23. Breakfast was included each morning, with a limited selection that was healthy and tasty. They also arranged free airport pickup, though traffic delayed it a bit, which was understandable. The room felt cozy and was clean, but a few furniture stains could use attention. For the price, it was good value. The staff were warm and quick to help with room service, even after 4PM, and the area had a lot within walking distance, including a masjid, malls, grocery shops, pharmacies, and restaurants. It also felt safe, with many international travelers around. We were happy with the stay and would consider returning for the location and friendly staff.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are local brand shops and restaurants nearby, and the airport is close too. They serve a basic buffet breakfast. I’d definitely come back if I needed to stay in this area.

The location was super convenient, and the food, especially the Iftar, was a 10/10. Reception and support staff both scored 10/10 for me. The room was nicely decorated and clean, 9/10, and the washroom was clean and spacious, with a separate shower area, also 9/10.

I’d stay here again, though I’d make sure I got a good room. The one I had at the end of my Dhaka trip felt newer, had a much nicer bathroom, and was a refreshing change from my first room. That first room was more like 2.5 stars, with a shower in bad shape that should be replaced. The A/C worked great, and I was glad there was a fridge. WiFi was patchy but usually adequate. Both beds were mostly comfortable and I slept fine. Breakfast was a decent start to the day, nothing fancy, but good for the price. I ordered room service once, and the food arrived quickly and tasted good. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and eager to make my stay better.
