We spent one night at Crowne Plaza Dhaka for our wedding night, and the team made it memorable. They made sure we were comfortable and that everything felt stress-free from the moment we arrived. The next day, they also helped celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday with a surprise cake, a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. Service was warm, professional, and accommodating throughout. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thanks to the whole team for making an important occasion even more special. We’d happily recommend the hotel to visitors to Dhaka and hope to return.

The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way for us. Check-in was smooth, and the dining experience was immaculate. The restaurant’s dishes were like culinary masterpieces, and the kitchen team clearly knows what they’re doing. Five stars all around. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan during Eid. The rooftop has a stunning atmosphere, polished but relaxing, and it’s a great place to take photos. We tried the fish and chips, popcorn chicken, and a nicely presented kebab platter. Everything was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. The service was professional and top-notch. It’s a premium spot in Gulshan for spending time with friends or family, and I highly recommend it.

We had a family dinner at Crowne Plaza by IHG in Gulshan. The buffet food is always fresh, and each buffet has a different theme. It’s a good choice for buffet dinner or brunch, especially with the B1G2/3 offers available with various credit cards. Hats off to Saidul and his team at Flair restaurant, their hospitality was 10/10.
