The food we tried was perfect, and the welcome drink was so good I asked for another. During my short afternoon stay, I saw the bell desk, housekeeping, room service, restaurant, and front desk in action. As a former hotelier, I thought every department gave good, professional service. For Feni town, this is one of the best hotels, maybe the best. The market location is crowded, but much of the town is like that, so I wouldn't call it a very bad location. There are a few drawbacks. The lift is much too small, and the AC takes a while to cool the room, though it's fine once it does. The room views are as bad as they could be. Food isn't prepared in advance, so orders took 25-30 minutes. There's no dedicated prayer area, and parking is a five-minute walk away, which is a pain if you're driving yourself. Around 4,500 BDT seems a bit high for the average room type in this area.

The restaurant food was a real surprise, and the restaurant itself was superb. The room, toilet, and room service were all great, and the staff were top notch with their behavior. Best Inn hotel is a lovely place right in the heart of Feni town. I’d highly recommend it for a family stay. Coming from Dhaka, I didn’t expect to find a hotel in Feni that gave me the feel of a luxury place in Cox/Ctg/Dhk. 9.5/10.
