Hotel Pink Shore

The only decent thing is that the beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Inside, the room service was nonexistent, power points were broken or burnt, the beds and furniture were dirty, and the pillows and cushions had fungal growth. The views were of a landfill. The receptionist was very rude and demanded full payment before we'd even stayed the night. Absolutely the worst hotel.

I'd stayed here before, so I chose it again, but things were completely different this time. The lift sensor didn't work properly and I got stuck twice, and I was physically hurt in the lift. The bed had springs but no foam. When I called, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a bed change and they offered a blanket to put over it instead. There were lots of mosquitoes, too. I asked for aerosol at 10 pm and was told okay, but it didn't arrive until I asked again at 1:30. Next day, it only came at 2 am. Room service was poor. The washroom was below standard, with a broken tap and a shower that didn't work. There were plenty of other problems too. Think twice before booking.

The balcony door was broken, and there were ants on the bed. The washroom had water but no drain. There was a Wi-Fi router, but no internet connection. A really bad hotel.

The beach is only about a five-minute walk away. I paid 800 BDT for one day in room 505, which had a broken toilet flusher and generally poor hygiene. The place is adequate if all you need is somewhere cheap, but it's nothing fancy and the room service wasn't good. If you can spend more, choose somewhere better.
