The price was reasonable, and the staff were humble and helpful. My room was nicely decorated, with a lovely sea view. A very pleasant hotel. Inshallah, I'll stay here again if I visit Cox's bazar in future.

The room was dirty, with dirty bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels, and the bathroom ceiling was covered in fungus. The view from the room was great, and the AC worked.

The beach is close by, and the hotel also has a breathtaking beach view. It's tidy and clean, with well-mannered employees providing excellent service. The free buffet breakfast was delicious, and the chef makes lovely food. For a three-star hotel, the accommodation rates are fair.

Renovation noise kept us from sleeping during our holiday, and they didn't even care about the baby. When I complained, they just said we had to deal with it. The way they treated a guest was very poor. Worst place to stay for a holiday.

It's close to Sugondha beach, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was good. But you could hardly see the sea from the balcony, the bed sheet had spots, the bathroom water settings were old, and the balcony door lock was broken. Horns and other noise affected our sleep. Online bookings don't get any discount, while booking on the spot gives a bit of flexibility. Avoid it if you can afford to spend a bit more.
