Hotel Merina Sreemangal

Having dedicated parking for both bikes and cars made traveling much easier. At Hotel Marina, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were attentive, friendly and ready to help. I had a great stay and would recommend it for comfort and convenience.

I'm very satisfied with my stay, especially with the clean, comfortable room and the outstanding service. The hotel manager was helpful and professional. For anyone looking for budget rooms or service, the single non-AC room is 700 taka, and a single AC room with a large bed is 1600 taka. Highly recommended!

The rooms were nice and clean, but the behavior ruined the stay. The owner (Noakhali local) or manager was unexpectedly rude. I've traveled many places, both inbound and outbound, and nothing like this has happened to me. They seem to serve local couples or bachelors, not families. Even when I asked for a prayer mat, he reacted aggressively. There was no room service, no luggage help, and customers weren't greeted with a smile. I'm a calm, quiet person and don't ask for amenities even at a five-star hotel unless I really need something. The rooms had few amenities, but it was the treatment that spoiled everything.

The rooms were standard and cheaper than others, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. The hotel manager was especially welcoming and helpful. Our train was delayed, so after checkout he offered us a room to wait in during the evening. I highly recommend staying here in town.
