The room was spacious and good, and I had a good stay despite some issues from the building being old. I found a bed bug, but they changed my room right away and said they would take steps to clean the affected room.

For what you pay, the rooms are good value. I recently paid 2,000 taka per night for an AC room and 1,400 per night for a non-AC room. Breakfast comes with the AC room. There’s a mini fridge in all their rooms, and they offer hot and cold water.

The hotel is nicely placed away from the main bustle of Sylhet city, a real gem if you want to avoid the Dargah area. The location is good and the room price is reasonable for what they provide. Breakfast is the weak point: the complimentary meal wasn’t very good, and the restaurant staff were only average in how they behaved. Still, it’s a great place to stay and I’d recommend it.

We left after just one night because the stay was so bad. The room smelled awful, the toilet was filthy, and its pipe was broken, making the whole room stink. There were ants and hair on the bed, and the Wi-Fi had problems too. My uncle had an AC room, but it didn’t have a remote.

The staff were good and treated us well. The room was okay, though the bedsheet looked a little dirty even though it had been washed.
