10/10
The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious, with very cold AC, and the staff were respectful, friendly, and polite. Whenever I needed something, the front desk sent someone up in less than 3-5 minutes. It’s centrally located, close to many destinations. Breakfast is free, with plenty of dishes, and dining is available 24 hours a day. It’s also a good venue for events or meetings.

Food quality was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and polite. Having both AC and a fan in the rooms is a convenient feature, especially for anyone who prefers a more normal room temperature, and that’s uncommon at other hotels. The food and room rates are quite expensive, though. I hope the hotel works on the pricing. My overall rating would be 8 out of 10.

I spent 3 nights and 2 days at Hotel Valley Garden. The food could have been more delicious, though that’s just my personal opinion. The surroundings were calm, beautiful, and well maintained, and the facilities were comfortable and quite attractive. What stood out most was how polite and friendly the staff were. They were always ready to help with a smile. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d love to return.

10/10
I’ve stayed at Hotel Valley Garden 12 times now, and it’s one of my favorite places in Sylhet whenever I visit. The staff are cordial, treat customers with respect, and make me feel valued. Their gestures are appreciated, and the food quality is top notch. The only issue I’ve noticed is noise from the roadside. Apart from that, everything is praiseworthy, and they deserve 5/5 in every aspect.

The restaurant stays open around the clock for hotel guests, which is exceptional, and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Rooms are very clean, facilities are excellent, and the staff behave awesomely. The price and service make an extraordinary combination. Best wishes to Hotel Vally Garden.
