Hotel Metro Inn

Extremely bad. I booked an expensive room, but when I arrived they gave me a cheap, tiny one. The bed wasn’t clean, and the washroom was dirty and cramped. Service and security were very poor. I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Metro Inn. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. My room was spacious, clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and the necessary amenities. The front desk was available whenever I needed something, and housekeeping kept the room tidy. Wi-Fi was fast, the air conditioning worked well, and the location made it easy to get around, with attractions, restaurants and public transport nearby. The price felt reasonable for the service. I’d recommend Hotel Metro Inn for a convenient, comfortable stay at a budget-friendly price. I’ll come back on my next trip. 5/5 stars.

I’ve stayed at different hotels and had different experiences, but I didn’t like this hotel’s management at all. Think carefully before coming.

At 2500 TK a night, this didn’t feel like value for money. The lift was often switched off, so I had to walk up seven floors, and the bathroom was tiny with a broken basin tap. The rooms were extremely cramped, and I was shocked to see signs of mice. The bed sheet and comforter also looked unclean, which made me worry about hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvements.
