For foreign nationals: I wouldn't recommend this place. I was assigned room 705, and when I locked the door on my way out to dinner, my cousin tested the knob and it opened. We checked several times and confirmed the lock didn't work. I told the staff and they moved me to another room. The bed, pillow, duvet, and sheets were dirty. Under the pillowcase there were countless dried human bodily fluids in different shades, and there were splashes and marks across the wall. There was no hot water. If hygiene isn't a concern for you, it may be okay, but this place seems suited only to locals.

For the price, around 3.5k-4k, the rooms were very dirty and the room AC wasn't good. When they switched on the generator, the AC and washroom light didn't work. There are plenty of better hotels for that price. Even at 3.5k, Hotel Express is better.

The road is under construction all over the area, though that's temporary. The location would get five stars otherwise. The room was nice and clean, the price was very affordable, and the staff behaved well. I'm satisfied overall and would recommend it.
