The restaurant is small and the food is middling, though that wasn't a problem for me since there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The building seems to have been designed as an apartment building for hotel use, and they could be more professional. A family or group might do better staying on their own.

Right beside Gulshan Lake, this is a good location with all the necessary transport services available. The staff service is excellent, room service is satisfactory, and the restaurant food is good. An ideal place to stay with family.

The rooms are good and the staff are well behaved. The surroundings are okay at this Gulshan 2 hotel near gulshan lake. Guests get complimentary breakfast, though it isn't available on the check-in day. Some AC units behave strangely, switching between working and not working. The rest is fine.

Mosquitoes from the lake next door are the biggest problem, and you may spend time driving them away even while trying to sleep. The rooms are decent for the rent, though they may not feel especially cozy or comfortable. The building looks more like a residential apartment building than one purpose-built as a hotel. Staff aren't very professional, but I wouldn't call them bad either. The little ground-floor restaurant seats around twenty. Its buffet breakfast includes parata, noodles, fried or poached eggs, chicken curry, mushrooms with sausages, fruit juice, and tea or coffee, and they serve a welcome drink at check-in. Coming from Banani along Road number 11, cross the bridge and turn left to find it. From Gulshan it may be hard to locate, and someone might mistake it for the better-known ' Hotek Lakeshore'.

The staff were excellent, and the food was very good too. A nice place to stay, with spacious, clean, well-furnished rooms.
