The room had a useful office area with a proper chair, which worked well for office tasks, and the twin bed setup was handy. Room service was really good, and breakfast was amazing. The charging port was in an awkward spot, though, and the elevator wasn’t up to the mark. Still, it was an amazing experience overall.

The sheets and blanket were dirty, and I doubt they’re cleaned after each guest checks out. This isn’t even close to a two-star hotel. It wasn’t worth staying there, and I just wasted my money.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are very attentive. It’s a cozy, pleasant place and good value for money, though the breakfast could be better. I’d recommend it.

The buffet lunch was good, especially the chicken, mutton, fish, smashed eggplant, Firni, and GolapJam. We attended a conference on the 8th floor, where the staff were friendly. The conference room had a bad plastic smell and the sound system wasn’t good enough. The banner was stapled to the curtain, too. The washroom was so small you couldn’t sit properly, especially in the women’s room.

There’s plenty of food, and the service is very good. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, with an attractive, enchanting interior. A real masterpiece you can visit.
