I stayed in an apartment-style unit at Impulse Ocean View from December 12-14. The layout had two separate rooms, giving our group or family good space and privacy, so it can work if separate rooms are what you're after. The rooms were average, with nice space but basic quality and decor. For the price, the amenities felt incomplete. The biggest problem was the bathroom, which wasn't fully functional and caused a lot of inconvenience during our two-day stay. Management needs to fix the plumbing and improve the room amenities to make the stay comfortable.

The rooms were in terrible condition, and for the price the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Impulse Ocean View is technically near the ocean, but it's in a noisy, poorly maintained area that isn't appealing. The main problem was the extremely poor room service: simple requests took far too long or were ignored completely, leaving our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. My experience was overwhelmingly poor, in line with its low rating.

I spent one night in disgusting, smelly rooms with terrible room service. They were totally unclean and had phytoplankton on the walls, yet the price was ridiculously high. A very bad experience.

The rooms were very ugly and dirty, and there was an AC problem. Only two rooms. Very bad, don't go to this hotel, because it's just a small apartment, not a hotel.

I've visited Cox’s Bazar lots of times, but this was my worst experience. The room wasn't good, the wash head was bad, and the AC had problems. There were lots of issues, and the authority didn't give any response.
