The food was excellent, and the staff were polite and friendly. I stayed in Room 6013 (Sea View) from 19 to 22 April and had a wonderful experience. Everything felt comfortable and well managed, and the service was outstanding. Thank you for the great hospitality.

The reception staff were welcoming, and check-in went smoothly during my two-night stay in Room 4005. The washroom, though, needs maintenance. I could hear water running through the upper-floor drain pipe, the commode was a little broken on one side and visibly rusty, and hot water came only from the shower and basin, not the regular tap. The staff service was good, but the washroom condition wasn’t up to standard.

There’s a little room for improvement, but I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend it. The staff were friendly and supportive, the service was reliable, and things were well organized. I’m looking forward to an even better visit next time.

The accommodation is good, though the furniture in almost every room is very old. Sunlight barely reaches the first two floors from the balconies, so those floors shouldn’t be rented. The third floor and above are okay.

The service was awesome and I had a great stay. If I come to coxs bazar again, I’ll choose this hotel again. ThnQ Hotel Sea cox 💞
