Sea Princess Hotel

The building and infrastructure at The Sea Princess are impressive, but poor maintenance and service overshadowed our stay in Cox's Bazar. On check-in, the room we got had tissue paper on the view mirror and a door lock that didn't work. We complained and asked to change rooms, and the staff moved us to another one. Their customer greetings were poor too.

The sea view is nice, and the room was pretty good. I did see cockroaches in the bathrooms, though.

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I stayed here for the last two days, and the room made for a comfortable visit. It's conveniently close to the sea beach, though the surrounding neighborhood doesn't look very clean and that affects the atmosphere outside. The hotel could manage crowds better. When large groups arrive, things seem to get chaotic and disorganized. Room rates are on the high side compared with similar options, so I'd recommend it if you have a good budget for a 3-star hotel. Given the room size and cleanliness, along with the beach proximity, it could be worth it for the right traveler.

I was impressed by the sea view, which you can enjoy anytime, and the hotel is very close to the beach and Shugondha point. The staff were cordial and helpful, and the hospitality was good. Room charges were reasonable. The drawbacks were that there was no swimming pool and the hotel restaurant's food quality wasn't up to the mark.
