During puja season, every hotel was booked, so I picked this one for two nights. It was completely empty, apparently because of its service. I asked for room service five times that day and nobody came. The room was very dirty, and the washroom sanitary fixtures weren't working properly. They're unprofessional, and the room service was horrible. Please don't stay here.

There was a huge amount of dust in my room. I called to have it cleaned, but nobody came or even acknowledged the request. The service and cleanliness were awful. Highly not recommended.

The price is cheap, and the staff were friendly and behaved well, but my room wasn't clean. There's no generator, and there was no water or tissue. You have to buy everything yourself.

Quality Home in Cox Bazar was a disappointing stay. I thought the price was reasonable, but the staff weren't attentive or accommodating, and several issues weren't dealt with promptly or efficiently. Cleanliness and maintenance also left a lot to be desired. The location may be convenient, but the service and lack of attention to detail make the cost hard to justify. I wouldn't recommend it as a top accommodation choice in Cox Bazar. I hope this helps others plan their trip.
