Breakfast was good, and the room service was helpful. I booked a deluxe couple room through the ShareTrip app, but reception put me in a double room because the couple room wasn’t available. The floor was dirty, so I had to wear my own slippers inside. There were two or three Wi-Fi routers on each floor, but the connection was still almost useless. It’s a decent place for a casual stay.

I asked the staff politely to switch on the lift, but they didn’t. With my back hurting, I had to climb six floors. It would have taken them about a minute to do, so the poor service was really disappointing.

The room was filthy, with insects everywhere and dirty sheets. Some lights didn’t work properly either. On top of that, the manager was rude to us for no valid reason. The customer service was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I stayed elsewhere for one night because this hotel was full, and compared with nearby places in the same price range, this one was much better. My two-bedroom room had plenty of space and light, and came with a kettle, coffee and tea. The staff were considerate at breakfast, helping me get food and letting me take it back to my room. It’s worth going early, though, because the restaurant gets crowded and as a foreigner I found it hard to compete with local guests. Breakfast was included and pleasant, and the restaurant prices seemed reasonable, so I’d eat here again. I’d booked a single room for two nights, but since they were full they put me in the two-bedroom family-style room instead. The hotel is professionally run, and I saw the staff cleaning thoroughly. There was one issue when I first arrived: the room I was assigned had red droplet stains on the floor. I assumed it was a mistake, and they quickly sent someone to clean them up. I can’t say what the single rooms are like, though I expect the bedding and decor to be similar. The overall value and the reviews make it a good choice. The Wi-Fi was unstable, unfortunately, so I had to use mobile data, which wasn’t great for work.
