The place itself is good and the staff are polite, but after my second stay a few days ago, I’d have to think carefully before returning. It feels safe, and there have been a few upgrades to the attractions. What bothered me was how feedback was handled. The commode lid had turned brown and looked dirty, and I mentioned it simply as something to improve. Management responded that it was only a year old, seawater has iron, replacement costs around 7,000, and it takes a month to get profit from it. I understand those challenges, but I wasn’t asking for detailed justifications. The explanation left me feeling less heard, not acknowledged. Ordering food was frustrating too. The menu has lots of options, but guests can only order things already being prepared or ordered by another group. We were told to pick from what another group had ordered because the kitchen only cooks after orders come in. Later they said they could have prepared our choices if we’d told them earlier, but nobody explained that need to pre-order beforehand. It’s not always easy for guests to anticipate that among other priorities. Management could make the menu reflect what can really be ordered or tell guests about pre-ordering in advance.

I didn’t feel safe here with my family, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families. The management was unprofessional, the staff seemed unprofessional and creepy, and the room was unclean and unhygienic. The mattress, bedsheet, and pillow were old, worn out, and hard to lie on; the room carpets were old and dirty. Don’t go there.

For 11k, I expected a very good standard of service for a suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Instead, the washrooms weren’t very clean, daily cleaning fell short, there was no room service, amenities were poor, and they were understaffed. The rooms were spacious with nice-looking furniture, but they couldn’t keep them clean and dust free. It wasn’t bad, but we felt somewhat deprived.

At Dream Holiday Resort, the food was fresh, delicious, and varied, and staff happily accommodated dietary preferences with a smile. We also enjoyed the activities, including spa treatments and adventurous excursions arranged by the resort. Our spotless, spacious room had tasteful decor and a private balcony over the pool; waking to waves and birdsong was pure bliss. The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles, and the resort was beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, stunning views, and a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. Evenings felt special, with dinner, live music, and beautiful lighting. We left refreshed and pampered, already planning to return. Dream Holiday Resort exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in a little slice of paradise.

I spent five days here during the long Eid-ul-Azha vacation in 2025, and found the resort disappointing and overrated. It seems to rely more on paid promotions and social media hype than actual service quality. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned or maintained, especially for the high prices. Water in the washroom, for both showering and regular use, was visibly dirty, full of iron, stained things, and smelled strongly. If you have sensitive or allergic skin, avoid this resort, as it can cause serious irritation to skin and hair. The pool water was murky and didn’t look properly cleaned, so it didn’t feel hygienic or safe to use. Complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing: hard, almost inedible ruti with tasteless curry or lentils, and cheap banana-flavored juice. That was all. Food ordered separately for payment was bland and poor quality, with very limited portions and prices nearly triple those at similar places. I asked to extend my stay by a day, and the manager replied rudely, “Not possible. If you leave earlier, it’s better for me because I have higher-paying guests lined up.” That was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional, especially in front of my family. It might look appealing online, but the reality didn’t match the hype. I wouldn’t recommend it, particularly for a family vacation or anyone with hygiene or sensitivity concerns. Spend your money elsewhere for a better experience.
