The quiet setting and private beach were a big draw for us. There wasn't a crowd, so it felt peaceful and romantic, and our sea-view room had an amazing outlook. They also have cottage-style rooms, though those don't have sea views despite how they're described. The grounds are full of plants, flowers, and other eco-friendly touches. Service was very good, and the buffet breakfast was well worth it. Food tasted great, but was a bit expensive. The room was okay, though it could use improvement, and the swimming pool was more worn than I expected and needs work. The environment, service, food, and rooms were still very good compared with other resorts. It could be worth visiting in the off season to get the most out of the place. I'd recommend it for couples or families.

Getting from Cox’s Bazar to Anchor was the one real hassle. There isn't a good vehicle service, and transport costs are very high. At the resort, the staff treated us well and even carried our luggage to the room. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and tea, and the food was delicious. The room was in very nice condition, and the pool was cool. The kids’ area is still being developed and needs more equipment. It was a cozy, pleasant stay, and Baywatch Baylounge has added to the resort's appeal.

A walk toward Inani Beach in the morning was lovely, with coconut trees and waves setting the mood. The wooden cottages, sea breeze, and calm eco feel make this a good break from the city. At night the pool glows, and the whole place has a lively but peaceful vacation feel. I enjoyed the food too. It was easy to lose track of what day it was here.

The beach is good and nearby spots are lively. If you want fewer crowds than at Cox's Bazar city beaches, this could work, though I'd choose somewhere else if you can afford it. The cottages look beautiful from outside, but the rooms and service don't match the price. Card and bKash payments are available. An auto rickshaw or CNG from Cox's Bazar city costs 500 tk one way.
