Fantasy Hotel & Resort

We were charged Tk. 7,000/- for a room with only a couple bed and a sofa. The AC was broken, there was no television, hanger, or shower, so we used the hand shower. The toilet was very bad, the hotel was poorly maintained, breakfast wasn't available, and the restaurant was closed. The one good thing was that the north beach was within walking distance. I stayed with my family and two young kids in December 2024. I'll never go back. Stay at your own risk.

The beach is right there, and the view of it is spectacular. The hotel is the most luxurious in Saint Martin, and it was a treat to stay: very clean, gorgeous decor, and large rooms. Room service was amazing and the food was delicious. I stayed two nights and it's a favorite, highly recommended. I'll be back many times.

The location is really good, but the staff weren't professional and the prices were way too high for the quality. Food was very expensive too. From the outside it looks glamorous, but inside it was a mess and felt like a big scam. We asked for a deluxe room and got one where we could barely breathe, then had to fight to get a different room. The TV didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi, the room was dirty, and the washroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a decade.

The decor and rooms are beautiful, but the service needs a lot of work. We stayed five nights and asked for cleaning every single day, yet nobody bothered to do it. The food was horrible, and the staff didn't seem professional at all. If you can put up with the service because you like the hotel's looks, good luck.
