The view from the 7th floor is panoramic, and the staff are well behaved. The room feels old and wasn’t cleaned properly. The washroom fittings are old too and should be replaced.

The building is nice, though old, and the location is convenient, within walking distance of dolphin circle of Cox's bazar. Service is basic, the blankets are old, and the bathroom fittings are dated. Still, it’s okay for the room rate, and I’d stay at Hotel islandia again.

I’d been choosing this resort every year since 2018 because I liked the environment, cleanliness, and staff behavior. On my most recent visit, though, things were bad. The doors wouldn’t shut properly, the fan didn’t work, and the water flow was poor. Staff service was also very bad. I raised a few complaints, but nobody paid attention to them. Don’t waste your money here when visiting cox's bazaar.

It’s a lovely location and a good option for families. The rooms are suitable for a quiet stay, the food is excellent, and the staff have good manners. I’d suggest spending some time at this beautiful hotel whenever you visit Quetta.
