Hotel Valentino

The cigarette smell in the rooms was the worst part, it felt disgusting and unlivable. The rooms weren't clean either, and they charge far too much for extra services. The manager didn't seem to know how to deal with guests. For this price range, the service doesn't match the cost, and their so-called discounts are just a way to lower the prices.

The food could be improved and costs a bit much, but my stay a few days ago was really good. The hotel was neat and clean, the staff acted professionally, and the price was relatively low. For a non-divisional city hotel in Bangladesh, it has what you'd expect, and it's good value for money.

The staff were pleasant, though one front desk worker was very rude and the desk wasn't cooperative. They knew the room rates but didn't seem to accept that the room quality didn't match. I stayed one night. The owner has invested a lot in the hotel, but it doesn't seem to be run well. Water leaked from the AC, and the showers didn't work properly.

The entrance isn't accessible, even though there's a lift. They have card payment, but aren't willing to accept it. The price felt a little high, though service was good and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nice, and the hotel has a great view. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary.
