Best Western Plus Maple Leaf Hotel was a great base for my recent business trip to Dhaka. It’s only minutes from the airport, but inside the hotel it felt calm and quiet. The rooms were modern, clean, and suited both work and rest. Wi-Fi was fast, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the rooftop restaurant was a nice place to unwind. I felt safe from the moment I arrived. The security team was alert, professional, and polite without being intrusive, and their respectful attention to detail gave me peace of mind. Staff across the hotel were kind and helpful, making me feel at home. The place brings together comfort, strong service, and outstanding security. I’d recommend it, especially for business travelers, and will definitely return. 5/5.

The rooftop Bar & BBQ restaurant was a highlight, with a lovely view, pleasant ambience, and a tasty menu. Breakfast also had a broad mix of local and international dishes, and the food was fresh and good quality. My room at Best Western Plus Maple Leaf in Dhaka was spotless and comfortable, with all the essentials, and the bed stood out. The team made me feel welcome and were professional from arrival. The airport is just minutes away, which made getting in and out easy. If you plan to take the airport shuttle, confirm its schedule ahead of time. I didn’t run into any major problems, though a few reviewers mentioned that some rooms might need light maintenance, so checking your room at check-in could be useful. I’d recommend it for a short stop between flights or business travel in Dhaka, and I’ll definitely return.

We had breakfast in the buffet restaurant and found the atmosphere peaceful and comfortable. There was plenty to pick from, including eggs made fresh at the live station. It made for a really enjoyable meal.
