Breakfast was the weak spot for me. There wasn't much variety, the buffet trays were placed right beside the washroom door, and I noticed a few small cockroaches near the food table. The whole food area needs to be kept cleaner and more hygienic. Still, the sea view from the rooms is hard to beat in Cox’s Bazar, in my opinion. You can sit on the balcony all day listening to the wind, waves, and beach, with nothing between the hotel and the shore. The rooftop also has a 360 degree panoramic view. The staff were very welcoming and kind.

The balcony view and the sound from there are fantastic, and the location is incredible. The hotel is a bit overpriced for its quality, though it feels okay for a three-star place and the setting helps make up for it. A few things could make the stay better. The linens and towels feel old and overused, and breakfast could offer more options, including fruit. Automatic locks would be nice, perhaps added gradually room by room. The bathrooms could be made fancier too, though that would be expensive and invasive.

The room was large, with one king bed and one single, and the toilet was good. The buffet breakfast had a small selection, but the food was tasty, and the service and staff were decent. It's right by the sea, with a nice beach and a close view from both the room and balcony. The sound of the waves is amazing. The balcony railing obstructs the view when sitting, and the lobby smelled foul. Recommended if you want to be very close to the sea.

We had room 705, and the view is one of the best around. The shower, washroom, and staff were all good. But there was no AC backup, and when the power was out for half a day, the fan wasn't enough. Breakfast was decent, though they could improve it.

We were a group of 21 and stayed for two days. The balcony view and beach access made it good value for money. The lift is very small, the reception has a bad odor, and the buffet breakfast has very few items. If those three issues don't put you off, it's a really worthwhile place to stay.
