Hotel Marine Plaza

The rooftop pool and dining area were highlights, especially with those lovely views for an evening meal. Rooms were spacious, well kept, and had modern conveniences, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive. The buffet had a good range and quality of food for different tastes. With ocean views and a calm, comfortable atmosphere, it works for either a business trip or a relaxed getaway, with a bit of luxury and warm hospitality.

For the price, the location is convenient and the staff were professional, which I appreciated. I was less happy with the room cleanliness, though, and think it needs prompt attention. The food choices also fell short for me in both quality and hygiene. If they improve the room atmosphere and dining, I'd gladly stay here again.

The harbor view was breathtaking, and Hotel Marine Plaza felt like good value for South Mumbai. The security staff at the entrance, led by Sukhdev, helped us feel welcome and safe throughout our stay. Housekeeping had one off day when my room wasn't cleaned properly. Mr. Rakesh dealt with it immediately and kept the room spotless on the other days. He was cheerful and friendly whenever we spoke. Breakfast at the bayview cafe was another highlight. Gagandeep and Sakshi were courteous and attentive, and even remembered my strawberry jam and iced americano, plus iced tea for my dad. That personal touch made us feel valued. At reception, Ashutosh, Onkar, Shahida, Farheen, and Sneha greeted us with smiles and were always ready to help with requests. The staff really made the stay memorable. I'd recommend the hotel for its service, harbor scenery, and value in South Mumbai.

The sea view from the balcony of a front room was lovely. It's a comfortable, nicely decorated place with a neat, clean feel, and the management and room service were as good as expected. The restaurant food is a bit expensive. For a decent standard hotel that fits a budget, this is a good option in the area. I'd be happy to stay here again.
