Hotel Elaf International

We were there with more than 100 people from the Karate Federation, and the room service was unbelievably poor. Even after we called several times, the rooms weren't cleaned. When I asked for just a cup of hot water, they wanted payment for it. The hotel across from this one had a heater in every room last year and gave hot water for free. Here they had no such facility and still charged for a cup. At dinner on our last night, they served rotten fish. After we all complained, the staff were rude to us. The chicken came very late, around 11:30 p.m., by which time most of us had gone out to eat somewhere else. When we called, there weren't many regular guests there, but the staff still behaved shockingly badly. Anyone thinking of staying should read the reviews carefully first.

The front office staff were professional, attentive, and efficient, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was fresh and healthy, and the restaurant had lovely decor and a pleasant atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay at Atsy Hotel and highly recommend it for comfort, good service, and warm hospitality.

A cozy, nice place for tourism. The staff behave well and are well mannered. Food gets 7/10.

We only stayed for a day. We hadn't booked ahead, but came by, looked at a room, and decided to take it. The room was tidy and clean, and the hotel was decent. Breakfast was included, served in the first-floor restaurant, and it was good. It's a bit far from the sea beach, and none of the rooms have a beach view. Still, it was a good experience.
