The staff were the best part of our stay, supportive, friendly, and professional. I also loved the well-kept swimming pool and the buffet breakfast, which had both good quality and variety. From the hotel, the sea view is nice, and there's a lovely seating spot between the beach and the hotel where you can sit and watch the waves. It's one of the finest hotels on the Lavoni seaside, and we had a very pleasant stay. I'd recommend it.

The only drawback over my 10 days at Joltorongo Hotel in Cox’s Bazar was that the price felt a bit high. Still, given the service and excellent location, close to the sea, I felt it was worth it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. Service was good and responsive when needed. Overall, I had a great experience and found it a good choice for a comfortable stay in Cox’s Bazar.

I've stayed at this beachfront hotel on Laboni point several times, three visits in all, and keep enjoying the excellent view. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and room service runs 24 hours. On my latest visit, I liked seeing the BBQ restaurant moved from the rooftop to the beachfront, along with beach benches in front of the hotel beside it, which weren't there before. The hotel has also expanded and added more beach view rooms. There are two pools, an indoor one and an Infinity one. I thought the old Infinity pool, which is now the indoor one, looked more beautiful than the current one.

The buffet food was good, and the rooms were very well maintained, especially the washroom. We were about 40 people on an office retreat, and the service was decent. We could head out to the beach anytime, even at 1/2/3 am, and it felt 100% safe.
