Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Hotel

The food and outdoor setting were genuinely good, but the service didn't meet what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. My friend was first told there were no tables available for a summer brunch booking with the B1G3 card offer. When I called shortly afterward without mentioning the offer, my booking was confirmed easily. Several tables were empty when we arrived, which made that earlier claim questionable. It felt like guests using promotions might not be welcome, and I've heard similar feedback about their attitude to card discounts. Paying in advance was frustrating too. Staff took a long time to find my card in the list, even though it was there, and I had to point it out myself. At a reputed place like Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, being left feeling misled and poorly treated was disappointing.

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has eight event venues for boardroom meetings, seminars, banquets, and weddings. The facilities cover more than 3,000 square meters and can host up to 1,100 guests. Its Grand Ballroom alone is 990 square meters, with space for weddings and receptions. Meeting amenities include catering, free Wi-Fi, and up-to-date audiovisual equipment. Set amid lush gardens in the heart of Dhaka's primary commercial hub, the hotel offers a calm break from the city. It is Safe Hotels Executive Level and Sustainable Stays verified, with business-minded features alongside resort amenities. Guests can relax in contemporary rooms and suites, use the outdoor pool or peaceful spa, play at a nearby golf course, and choose from the on-site dining options. Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and attractions including Lalbagh Fort and Ahsan Manzil are a short drive away, making it a base for both business and leisure travelers.

Rooms ending in 18/19 are especially amazing, but the best part is the staff, who are so friendly, nice, and helpful. ashik welcomed us with a charming smile, and Shawkat was an amazing person too. Niulfar from the restaurant is why I'm writing this review: she's a hard worker and always takes the initiative to help, even without being asked. My flight was cancelled, so I had to stay here. The service was outstanding from the start until I checked in again. Special thanks to Fayjur, who handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, and stayed reassuringly calm through the whole situation. Keep up the hard work!
