I really liked the beautiful surroundings and how well everything was arranged. The place is organized nicely when things are going on. One suggestion, people should know how to discuss things on their own.

The food was awful, stale, and not fit to eat. There was no sign of quality control, and when I complained, nobody seemed to care. The chef really doesn't know how to cook. It also wasn't cheap, and they added 15% VAT/service charge on top. If the food had tasted good, or the staff had cared when I raised the issue, I would've given it 5 stars. Completely disappointed.

The staff at Royal Residence Dhaka were courteous and attentive, and their care helped make the stay comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness stood out everywhere, from the well-kept pool and gym to the lobby and dining areas, which stayed presentable. My room was spotless when I arrived, with fresh linens and a neatly made bed. The bathroom was immaculate and had all the necessary toiletries. Housekeeping kept things tidy and replenished supplies during my stay. The pool water was clean and the surrounding area well cared for, and both it and the gym looked regularly cleaned and in excellent condition. Management clearly gives cleanliness a high priority, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Royal Residence Dhaka for how clean it is.
