The team made me feel welcome, and I’d recommend the hotel for its service. Me Razib Miah was especially attentive, remembered my dietary preferences, and gave me useful advice when I ordered. Omit Hasan brought room service often and was always friendly, prompt, and professional. Md. Rasel kept my room fresh and spotless each day. Ziaur Rahman Sany and the front desk team also made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay.

Tanoy looked after us at dinner, and the customer service was unusually thoughtful. We wanted a light meal, so ordered soup, salad, and steamed fish. Everything was excellent, especially the fish. The salad was a little too spicy for us, but they promptly brought a milder one, which we really appreciated. We finished with fresh sour yogurt. Great dinner, highly recommend.

The central location is handy for anyone visiting Dhaka, and we appreciated being able to use the gym and pool. The staff were professional and the service was excellent. We’d happily recommend this hotel.

The chefs did a great job with the food, from breakfast through the rest of the day. Rooms were comfortable, the facilities were very good, and all the staff provided wonderful service. I’d recommend booking a few days here if you visit Dhaka.

Omit Hasan in the restaurant was so kind and helpful, and he makes an amazing coffee. The included breakfast was delicious, with options for both local and international tastes. Excellent hotel.
