Dining was a real highlight at The Westin Dhaka. The food was excellent, with a good range of choices, and the F&B team were professional and warm. Manager Tipu and Chef Doha went out of their way to make the meal memorable. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, with excellent room service. The spa and gym were modern and clean, good for relaxing or getting in a workout. Staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel valued. A great mix of comfort, luxury, and world-class service. Highly recommended when visiting the city.

The buffet at The Westin Dhaka has a wide range of fresh, flavorful choices for different tastes. Everything is nicely presented, and the quality stays consistent. There’s something whether you want a light meal or a more indulgent one, and I usually go back for seconds, sometimes thirds. The dining room is comfortable and elegant, so it’s easy to relax and enjoy the meal. It works well for family gatherings and special occasions, or just a treat for yourself. The attentive, polite staff make guests feel valued, and the warm welcome adds to the experience. Every visit feels special, so I always look forward to coming back.

I had a really lovely time with my family at Prego the Westin today. The food and service were outstanding. Special thanks to Mr Rakib and Sagor, and I was really glad about the welcome and how mr shawon ( manager prego) escorted us to our table ❤️. We’ll come again as soon as we can ☺️

The Westin Dhaka was a comfortable, secure stay in the heart of Gulshan 2, and I’d recommend it especially for business travelers. The location works very well for diplomatic and business engagements, with high security and easy access to the area’s main features. My room was spacious and immaculate, and the signature Heavenly Bed gave me the best rest I’ve had in Dhaka. The outdoor heated pool is beautiful, and the fitness center is well equipped. Staff across the concierge and restaurant teams were professional, friendly, and attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout. Dining is pricey, as you’d expect at a five-star hotel, but the food quality across its five restaurants was fantastic. The breakfast buffet at Seasonal Tastes stood out. A very comfortable and reliable luxury stay.

On my first trip to Bangladesh, I chose The Westin based on the reviews, city views, and how close it is to everything. The staff were excellent and very attentive, and breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options from both the buffet and menu. I felt safe with guards at the entrance and a metal scanner. I’d recommend it and strongly suggest staying here.
