The floor was so noisy that couples couldn't feel comfortable, and staff were making noise too. I booked an AC room through Agoda, where I saw a rate of 2094 tk, but the receptionist said that rate was for a non-AC room. He asked for 2700, then finally took 2200 tk. Why have an agreement with Agoda if you can change the rate there? I know how that works. He said Agoda had given the wrong rate and that it was for a non-AC room. Worst experience ever.

We've been customers since Sea shell restaurant first opened in sector 13, Uttara, so we went to Sky Turkish on the rooftop expecting good gourmet food. We ordered Turkish vegetable pizza, sweet sour fish, Peiking chicken, fried rice, and cashew nut chicken. The pizza was the only dish that worked for us. Everything else was so disappointing that we're now wondering if we'll ever go back.

Sea Shell Residence is very close to Dhaka Airport and a great place to stay overnight. It's known for comfortable accommodation and dining with Chinese, British, Indian, American, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Mexican, pizza, seafood, Thai, Asian, and international food. They offer Halal, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. One thing I especially want to mention is that they're pet friendly and allow dogs. Guests travelling with pets, especially dogs, are welcome here.

I was supposed to stay here from 10th to 14th Dec, 2025, but I'm moving to another hotel today because I can't take this anymore. I had no hot water for bathing for 2 days, even after they moved me twice. The fridge in the room had fungus, and the complimentary breakfast was pathetic. The rooms are horrible and the service terrible. They call this international standard, but it's the worst standard of any hotel I've stayed in. When I complained, the person at reception said their management was very poor and they couldn't provide better amenities. This place isn't fit for humans to live in.
