I found the rooms comfortable and the location convenient, with basic facilities that met expectations. The kitchen area, though, wasn't properly clean, which was disappointing and concerning for hygiene. Service also needs work, since it didn't feel very professional or attentive. With more care for kitchen cleanliness and better service standards, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

I couldn't relax or feel safe in the chaotic hotel environment, where various unrelated activities were going on. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and kept asking for tips just for bringing tea. Hospitality was completely lacking. Breakfast had supposedly been promised, but each morning we were told the kitchen was closed and there was nothing available. That felt extremely misleading and disappointing. The telephone in our room didn't work, so contacting staff was nearly impossible. We complained several times and were told “5 minutes” each time, but it was never fixed during our stay. There were no power outlets for charging phones either. Bring a power bank or use a laptop to charge your phone if you stay here, trust me, you'll need it. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. If you want somewhere peaceful and comfortable, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

We needed a place close to the airport so my family and I could catch a flight, and this worked well. I got three rooms at a reasonable price. The area and environment were good, with all kinds of shops and lots of restaurants nearby. The owner was cordial and cooperative. Rooms were good and clean, the bathroom was in good condition, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. For my budget, I was totally satisfied with the rooms. Had a good time here, and it served its purpose well.

The staff are all very polite, and the rooms are really nice. For a low price, the service is very good too. I think this is one of the best places to stay in Dhaka, especially near the airport.
