At Dhanmondi, Green Road, SEL Nibash Hotel & Serviced Apartments is convenient and easy to find. The reception team were professional and very welcoming, and the rooms were cozy, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Their motto, 'Quality, Comfort & Warmth,' really does fit. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality impressed me. They welcomed me with a refreshing glass of mango juice, just right for the weather, and the fresh, clean fruit was a thoughtful touch that made me feel valued. As a regular customer, today's treatment was really disheartening. They wouldn't provide basics like coffee sachets and sugar, saying it was because we'd booked a two-person room rather than a suite, even though they took the full amount. Complaints seem to be taken for granted, as if it doesn't matter whether you stay or leave. They need to be friendlier and show hospitality instead of focusing only on profit. I hope neither I nor other guests have this experience again, Inn Shaa Allah. 🤲

The location was close to everything, yet still peaceful, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh choices each morning. My room was cozy, clean, and well maintained, so I felt right at home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time. I had a very good stay at Sel Nibash, would recommend it, and look forward to coming back. Good luck Sel Nibash!
