Breakfast was fresh and well organized, with enough variety for everyone. I especially liked the Bengali dishes, which reminded me of home-cooked food. My family and I had a really pleasant stay at White Palace Hotel and would happily recommend it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were the standout: friendly, attentive, and eager to help without hovering. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The airport pickup and drop-off were prompt and handled warmly. The location is convenient, close to key spots, and the stay felt like great value for money. I’d gladly come back.

The front desk team were incredibly friendly and helpful. During my two-night stay, Mr. Nadim was especially kind and suggested local places of interest for me to explore.

Everything I needed was in the room: a comfortable bed, AC, hot shower, and fast internet. Very well equipped.
