The owner was so welcoming and friendly that I felt at home. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable for the price. I spent two nights here before my flight and found the guest house secure and conveniently close to Dhaka International Airport. Highly recommended if you need somewhere near the airport.

For the price, the arrangement is fairly good, though a few basics were missing. There was no drinking water in the room, so I had to get it from outside, and there wasn't a waste bin or soap either. The bathroom water had a slight smell, but it was tolerable. A few small fixes would make the experience much better.

The area around Appayan Guest House in Baridhara was peaceful, and the room was clean. Check-in was easy and the service friendly. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

I only asked whether the washroom they provide was clean, and they reacted as if I had no right to ask. They said they run an international business and that I couldn't question it. Apparently, from their point of view, customers are just wasting time by calling to book a room. Such rubbish behavior.
