Unique Regency Hotel

I spent 7 days here and would definitely recommend it. The facilities and food were really good, and housekeeping kept everything very clean. The staff were so nice and gave me great service. I stayed at Unique Regency Hotel Dhaka for 5 nights on a business trip. After long workdays, the spacious, comfortable room and its consistently high level of cleanliness made it easy to relax. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and well-managed facilities. Staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help. The location also made it easy to get to nearby offices, restaurants, and shopping areas. Breakfast and the other food options were fresh and satisfying during a busy schedule. I’d recommend Unique Regency Hotel Dhaka to people visiting the city for work or leisure. It’s a comfortable, reliable stay with professional staff and clean, cozy rooms.

We were made to wait about 30 minutes at check-out after responsibly telling the staff that the toilet seat was broken. They kept making phone calls and checking something, then demanded 4000 taka without proof, an explanation, or any professionalism. It looked like a blatant attempt to extort money from guests. The room itself was in disgraceful condition. The carpet was so filthy we found walking on it unpleasant and kept our shoes on. The air conditioner didn’t work, its remote had completely dead batteries, and the light switches either failed or worked only intermittently. From the very beginning, we were deliberately given a broken room. This showed zero respect for customers. Terrible service, unacceptable room conditions, and dishonest staff behavior. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. Avoid it if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Really good service, and check-in was very fast. I love this hotel and would like to visit again. Hasib and riaz Riaz were the best employees, and Riaz is a very good person.
