The dirtiest things were all around the hotel, and the restaurant was horrible. At breakfast I saw a cockroach lying on the floor, which made me feel sick. The rooms were small, cramped, and really dirty. I also had no water for 24 hours. They were managing with buckets and didn’t tell me there was a water problem. Such an annoying stay, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. 😡

The quiet location meant there was no unnecessary noise, and I had great views from the room. It was spacious, with big shelves for clothes, a freezer to keep drinks and water cold, and a clean enough washroom with a geyser. They also supplied good toiletries and towels. Room service was quick and efficient, and the staff were well behaved and ready to help. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and good enough. Whenever I called for a food delivery, staff checked that everything was okay, and security was well maintained by the authority and staff. The rooms and service are great for a reasonable price. I had an amazing stay, and it's the best hotel in Dhaka city for that value. You'll undoubtedly enjoy your stay here.

Right in the heart of the city, Hotel The Grand Hyatt Dhaka is perfectly located for getting to major landmarks. It’s budget-friendly without cutting back on comfort. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dhaka.

The breakfast taste is something I’ll never forget. Staff with good skills were always ready to help, and they came forward with a smile. Strict security made me feel comfortable. Grand Hyatt, Dhaka, has a peaceful, pleasant setting with beautiful views and spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable, and there were enough shelves for clothes, hot water, a refrigerator, good toiletries, and towels. It’s a five-star standard hotel at a very low cost.

The restaurant chairs and floor were dirty, and management was awful. They kept knocking at my door around 11:30pm to bring the breakfast token. I wouldn't recommend it.
