Central Inn Dhaka

My room was 1610, and the bed was really comfortable. The sheets looked a bit old but were clean. The gym was better than I expected, and the spa area looked cozy, though I didn't use it. Breakfast had plenty of options and the service was nice, but some dishes were too spicy for me. The staff made the stay pleasant. Mr. Siyam at reception welcomed me, let me check in early, and upgraded my room. Robiul, the bellboy, was friendly and carried my bag, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive. There were a few things that need attention: no mini fridge in the room, the toilet was only somewhat clean and needed better housekeeping, and the TV remote didn't work. I had a nice stay and appreciated the staff's hospitality.

Service was very bad. The checkout time was noon, but the rude receptionist told me to leave at 11:30am. The AC was broken, the pillow cover was torn, and the furniture looked dated. They said the restaurant was open 24 hours, yet it closed at 11pm.

I stayed nearly 24 nights and had a good experience. The rooms have plenty of space and the basic amenities, and the staff deserve a special mention for being helpful, polite, and cheerful. I'll definitely return. Housekeeping needs work: rooms need proper dusting, corridors should be kept clean, and the washroom fittings need better maintenance. Car rental should be available too. Breakfast would be better with more buffet choices and food kept hot.

This hotel feels heavily used and dated.
